This is achieved by creating value and demand for these resources. In the Amazon region, forests are often undervalued because cattle farming is seen as more profitable than preserving the forest. Through the sustainable extraction of natural products, we create value for local communities. Our goal is to reach a point where one hectare of standing forest is more valuable than one that has been cleared.
